-Die cast aluminum alloy drum covers. Casting flaws such as pin holes and voids are a thing of the past.
-The backing plate is constructed of pre-polished deep drawn stamped stainless steel. Here again, a flawless finish prevails.
-Air inlet scoops are heat treated investment cast stainless steel, again showing no casting flaws.
-The Hot Rod Brake system uses Wilwood dual piston aluminum calipers and our own vented cast iron rotors.
-The entire assembly rides on a New Traditionalist CNC machined aluminum hub that includes the highest quality bearings and seals on the market.
-Hot Rod Brakes are available in 5 on 41/2" , 43/4" and 51/2" bolt circles and fit 37-41 Ford round (not square) style spindles.
-Rear drum covers are also available and designed to fit over 11" Ford drums.
-Hot Rod Brakes are available with plain or polished drums and scoops. The system is sold exclusively through your local SO-CAL Speed Shop or SO-CAL Speed Shop authorized dealer.

BUICK FAKE BRAKE DRUM COVER FOR THE REAR.

Now that you got the So-Cal brake set for your front, you need something for that rear end. This is a Faux cover that allows you to match the front set. This is a cover only. These die cast aluminum covers are designed to fit over a 9" Ford rear drum. They index off the 2.8" rear drum register and come with a unilug pattern for 5 on 4 1/2", 4 3/4", 5" and 5 1/2". Available in plain or Polished.

MAGNUM ECONO DISC BRAKE KIT FOR 37-48 FORD SPINDLES

Recommended for vehicles 3,000 lbs and up.

"Magnum Axle's Econo Front Disc Brake Kits" have been designed to adapt 1977 and earlier GM hubs and rotor assemblies to 1937-48 Ford spindles without spindle modifacation or special steering arms. Kits are designed to accept 78-up GM intermidiate calipers and include bearing adapters, caliper mounting brackets, bearings, seals, hardware and instructions.

FINNED BACKING PLATES

Super Bell's Finned Aluminum Backing Plates act as a rotor shield, caliper bracket, and air scoop for cooling the rotors. These plates have been designed to work with the Super Stopper 3/8" and 1" rotor kits (using the 4-piston Wilwood caliper) but will cross over to similar kits with modifications. (Modifications void the warranty)

1939 LINCOLN STYLE BRAKES

These stamped steel '39 Lincoln-style brakes are full-contact, self-energizing 12-inch Bendix-style brakes that fit 1928-'48 early Fords. This is a complete, bolt-on conversion that uses your '37 to '48 hubs and drums. Kit includes steel reproduction braking plates, new wheel cylinders, new brake shoes and springs and all hardware.

Detailed Description

Designed with a smooth mushroom shaped head, made to accept 1/8" NPT fittings. They come with a threaded end, and are milled for tightening with a 1/2" wrench. Available fro frame widths up to 2-1/4".
