What type of payment does Reid's Rod Parts take?
Reid's take the following forms of payment. Cash, Visa, Master Card, AMX, PAYPAL, Debit, Money orders, cashiers checks.
Reids only excepts Personal & Business Checks for mail order. We no longer except any checks for over the counter sales. No exceptions sorry.
Does Reid's Rod Parts Inc. Export out of the U.S.A. ?
Our company is based on a successful export business started 16 years ago. We currently export to retail companies in the U. K. , Norway, Sweden, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.
We don't commonly export individual parts, but can put you in touch with the retail outlets in the countries stated above.

Does Reid's Rod Parts Inc. have a printed catalog? UPDATED 8/20/08
Not yet, but due to popular demand a printed catalog is in the works. The Catalog is still under construction and will likely be available in CD PDF foramt (est cost $3.50) or printed format (est cost $6.00). Although near completion it will be a few months of fine tuning before it hits the shelf. You are welcome to sign up for the notifaction email below. An email well be sent to you when the Catalog hits the counter.

Although Reid's shares space with CW MOSS, we are 2 unrelated shops. Some may think it is a little strange that 2 companies that might seem so related are under one roof. Fact is our selection is unique from CW's who specializes in restoration and stock parts. Our selection covers early hot rod and custom parts. Reid's and CW have complemented each other offering you a one stop shopping location for any restorer's needs. With the addition of "THE GARAGE" (A consignment dealer of classic autos) you will be able to buy, restore and customize all under one roof.

U.P.S. will not deliver to a P.O. Box
Items will be shipped at the current U.P.S. pricing + a 1-2 dollar handling charge within the U.S.
Reids is now charging a $10.00 handling charge on NON-US orders due to the large amount of work needed to prep and ship out of the U.S. includes Hawaii, Canada, and Alaska.
OVER SIZE ITEMS: As of yet the site may not be able to calculate shipping for larger more heavy items. This means that a second invoice will be sent for any balance in oversize shipping. Or you are welcome to call in, fax or email your order for fast shipping and single payment.

RETURN POLICY:
REIDS ROD PARTS charges a 10% restocking fee for any return over $100.00 (pay out)
If your order is something that is not a normally stocked item, it is a "Special Order" and is not returnable. All sales final on special orders. No exceptions!!
Deposit are not refunded once the product has been ordered.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. No exceptions
Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense.
If you are ordering an item for something that is not in our demographic. Our staff will do our best to make sure your item will work for you. But we are not experts on all makes. It is up to the customer to know what he or she is buying. We will not pay return shipping for items that didn't fit or work for your application.
If any product is used, missing parts, damaged, altered, or cannot be resold as "NEW" we have the right to refuse the return.
(This does not include packaging. Items can be opened or returned without the outer packaging, but all enclosed must be returned complete & undamaged. This includes instructions. )
We ask that you notify us before returning your item and acquire a solution before shipping. If we are not properly notified, the shipment could be refused or lost without solution. Without the proper logging no refund can or will be issued.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY:
Reids Rod Parts inc. can get most any part from any vendor we carry. If you don't see a part on this site, but know that one of our vendors supplies an item you need. Please contact us for a special order.
Special orders on items not normally carried in our product line require a non-refundable deposit -or- needs to be paid in full before hand. The required amount is at Reids Rod Parts discretion. This amount covers expenses to order and insures the sale.
Special orders on items not carried in-store normally, are sold "ALL SALES FINAL". Without exception. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued. Including deposits.
KNOW YOUR PART NUMBER. IF A PART NUMBER IS SUPPLIED OR AGREED ON FOR A SPECIAL ORDER, THE CUSTOMERS ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ITEM BEING ORDERED. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE AS SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE PUT BACK INTO STOCK.
